We'll Be Ready Before You Walk Through the Door.
We believe your time matters, which is why we send your new patient paperwork in advance through our secure digital intake system. You'll complete a comprehensive health history and airway review from the comfort of your home, before you ever walk through our door.
This isn't just a formality. That information shapes everything about your first visit. When you arrive, we're already prepared for you.

No two consultations at Vincent & Bullwinkel look exactly alike, because no two patients are exactly alike. But here's what you can expect from your complimentary new patient appointment.
A Warm Welcome
Your Treatment Coordinator will greet you, give you a brief tour of the office, and walk you through what the appointment will involve. We want you to feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
A Look at Your Smile in Three Dimensions
We use a 3D intraoral scanner to capture a precise digital model of how your teeth interact and fit together. No impressions, no mess. Just a clear, accurate picture of your current situation.
Imaging That Sees the Whole Picture
Our low-radiation 3D CBCT imaging allows Dr. Bullwinkel to evaluate your skeletal anatomy, airway, and jaw structure in ways a traditional X-ray simply cannot. For airway patients especially, this changes everything about what we're able to see and understand.
A Comprehensive Clinical Exam
Dr. Bullwinkel personally reviews your records and conducts your clinical examination. She'll walk you through her findings in plain language, explain what she sees, and outline your treatment options and timeline clearly and honestly.
There's no pressure. No predetermined outcome. Just a thorough, thoughtful conversation about what's possible and what's right for you.

VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS
Not ready to come in just yet?
We offer virtual consultations for patients who want a preliminary conversation before scheduling an in-office visit. Submit photos and your health information through our website and Dr. Bullwinkel will review your records and provide initial thoughts on your situation.
That said, there's a limit to what any screen can tell us. Our in-office consultation, with full 3D imaging and a hands-on clinical exam, gives us a complete picture that a virtual visit simply can't replicate. When you're ready, we'd love to see you in person.
INSURANCE & INVESTMENT
We'll Help You Understand Every Part of the Financial Picture.
Your Treatment Coordinator will review all investment and payment details with you during your consultation, so you leave with a complete picture of what treatment involves — financially and otherwise.
Insurance
We'll help you maximize whatever orthodontic benefits your insurance plan provides. Our team will file on your behalf and work to make sure you're getting everything you're entitled to.
Every plan is different, and we'll walk you through exactly what your coverage means for your specific treatment.
Flexible Payment Options
We believe a family's commitment to quality care shouldn't be limited by finances. We offer in-house financing to make treatment accessible, and CareCredit is available for families who prefer that option.
We'll work with you to find a payment structure that fits your situation.
WHAT TO BRING
The More We Know Before We Meet, the More We Can Do Together.
Your Completed Intake Forms
Your digital intake forms will be sent to you in advance through our secure patient portal. Please complete those before your appointment.
Relevant Records, if You Have Them
If you have recent dental X-rays, orthodontic records, sleep studies, or ENT evaluations that feel relevant to your visit, bring them or have them sent ahead. The more complete the picture we have, the more useful your first conversation with Dr. Bullwinkel will be.
Your Child — if They're the Patient
Dr. Bullwinkel talks directly with her patients, not just their parents. She wants to hear from the person in the chair.
